The stages
Each stage is a separate workflow with its own evidence and its own status.
Who is behind the account?
The account holder completes an identity workflow appropriate to their role and country — typically a government-issued ID submitted to a structured review case. Authorised reviewers record document-level decisions. Other users see the resulting status, never the documents themselves.
What property is being listed?
The listing's property details — type, location, photographs, pricing and availability — are assessed against marketplace standards for consistency and completeness before the listing is boosted publicly. Listings that fail remain pending, with the reason visible to the lister.
Does the person listing it have the right to?
Owners submit evidence of ownership; agents submit a mandate or instruction from the owner. The evidence is reviewed so the party you negotiate with actually has the authority to rent out or sell the property.
What property documents have been reviewed?
Documents attached to the listing — title deeds, surveys, mandates, utility evidence — are reviewed against the requirements for the property type and transaction. The listing shows which documents have been reviewed; pending documents are shown as pending.
Has the receiving account been checked?
Where payments will flow for the property, the receiving account completes the platform's applicable checks — keeping rent, deposits and proceeds connected to a known, reviewed destination, with every payment recorded against the transaction.
Statuses & badges
Badges report the state of a check — nothing more, nothing less.
The specific check has been completed and recorded for this account or listing.
The check is in progress. Pending is always shown as pending — never as complete.
The capability isn't available until the required check is completed — for example listing or receiving payouts.
The submitted evidence could not be verified as-is. The participant can submit corrected or additional evidence.
A badge reflects the state recorded by the platform's workflows at that moment. Livora never displays a check as complete before it is.
Using verification
Open any listing to see its full verification panel, with each check, its state and what it covers. Verified filters on the marketplace show listings that have completed their checks; anything pending says so.
A listing can be genuine while a check is still in progress — ask about anything pending through platform messaging before you commit.
